About & licenses
v0.9.7Settings → About shows the app's identity and version, and opens the full open source license text bundled with the build.

What About shows
The About screen shows the app’s identity — Tailwind Launcher — along with its version number and package name. The version number and package name are read from the build itself, so they cannot drift from what shipped.
The identity rows are unclickable but displayed at full brightness, not dimmed. A “Replay welcome tour” row below them reruns the first-run tour on demand.
Open source licenses
Tailwind Launcher is a derivative of AOSP Launcher3, and the Apache-2.0 license requires the license text to accompany the distribution. The “Open source licenses” row opens a scrollable, selectable screen showing the bundled license text.
The text is maintained by hand and ships exactly as reviewed, not generated at build time.
Limits
The About screen does not name the AOSP release the launcher is built from. Several AOSP tags point at the same commit, so there is no single correct answer to show.
The license list is maintained by hand. A new dependency does not automatically appear when the build changes.
